Ecofrenli will choose the most economic shipping company available from our country.

Based on Air-Cargo regulation, shipping cost is not only calculated by weight but also its sizes. The volume dimension is calculated based on the outer packaging size. Mostly applicable for light weight item with bigger dimension. For example: Giftbox, etc. Therefore there will be differences on the real item weight and the shipping charges. 

Late deliveries may be caused by recent pandemic, Covid-19, natural disaster, airplane schedule delay, bad weather, accident, epidemic, and other cause outreach by Ecofrenli and therefore Ecofrenli is excluded from any kind of complaint/charges/effect caused by it.

Bulk orders always give your cheaper shipping rate per kg. Ordering several items might save you shipping cost

Some countries charge import duty upon arrival, this is not included in the shipping cost and will be covered by customer.
